Initial Planning Consultation

Service Description

During this initial meeting clients will be able to share their vision for their upcoming event. We will discuss your event to gain an understanding of the event's purpose and goals, create an outline of the the scope of the event, including time, date, location, and budget. We will scout and inspect event venues in the area, arrange correspondence with vendors to get bids and determine best fits for the budget and goals of the event. I can assist with negotiating and managing vendor contracts. We will discuss the coordination of event logistics and services, including technology and equipment needed to run the event, décor, food, drinks, transportation, lodging, and more!
